Description
A healthy twist on the classic broccoli cranberry salad…made with Cabbage, Greek yogurt, sliced grapes and toasted pecans.
Ingredients
Scale
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 Red onion, chopped
- 1/4–1/2 tsp salt
Cabbage salad
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup sliced grapes
- 1 cup toasted pecans
- 1 cup chopped chicken/turkey, cooked
Instructions
Dressing:
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Set aside.
Salad:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, drizzle with desired amount of dressing. Store in the fridge.
