How about enjoying a nice honey wheat Irish soda bread for a change?? Filled with raisins and whole wheat flour obvs
Ingredients

- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups white whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups non-fat greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cups raisins/currants (can use either or both)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix dry ingredients in bowl including raisins.
- Beat eggs and yogurt in a smaller bowl. Add egg mixture to flour mixture. It will be thick.
- Knead into a ball, dust with cornmeal or flour and cut a shallow X in the top. Sprinkle with salt. Place on cornmeal dusted baking stone.
- Bake for 40 min or until golden brown on top. ENJOY!
