Protein and Pumpkin AND Almond butter all blended up in a lovely healthy fall smoothie…
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cookie scoop almond butter
- 2–3 pitted dates
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (I use half frozen almond milk cubes and half liquid form)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- sprinkle of Himalayan salt
- 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder or Collagen powder
- 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree (optional)
Instructions
- Blend dates with nut butter to really puree the dates.
- Add all other ingredients and blend.
Notes
*If difficult to blend, add more unsweetened almond milk slowly until right consistency is reached. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon if your feeling fancy.
