Protein and Pumpkin AND Almond butter all blended up in a lovely healthy fall smoothie…


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cookie scoop almond butter
  • 23 pitted dates
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (I use half frozen almond milk cubes and half liquid form)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • sprinkle of Himalayan salt
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder or Collagen powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend dates with nut butter to really puree the dates.
  2. Add all other ingredients and blend.

Notes

*If difficult to blend, add more unsweetened almond milk slowly until right consistency is reached. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon if your feeling fancy.
