The BEST chocolate frosting with not as much butter as you’d think!
2 lb bag of powdered sugar
3/4–1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 – 1/3 cup milk…add slowly and to your desired consistency
1. Melt butter or soften it in a large bowl or mixing bowl {mixing bowls are preferred for less arm whipping}
2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix mix mix until small clumps
3. Add milk slowly and whip until smooth and your desired consistency.
