Description

Spinach + apple + mango + pineapple + carrots + lemon = the only green smoothie to be drunk on St. Patty’s day. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 handfuls organic spinach
  • 1 small apple, [peeled and sliced]
  • 1/2 cup mango [fresh or frozen]
  • 1/2 cup pineapple {fresh or frozen}
  • 5 carrots
  • Juice of a lemon/lime
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Add water to blender followed by the spinach.
  2. Add fresh fruit and/or frozen fruit.
  3. Blend until combined!

Notes

*Always add liquid and spinach first, heavy things on the top!

*If you like a smoothie on the more frozen side…I would suggest blending the fruits and water first and then adding the ice. That way you don’t accidentally blend it too much to the point of it becoming a liquid.
