These easy 4 ingredient pickled peppers make a delicious condiment to any salad, on top of a sandwich, in a wrap or as a snack!

- 32 ounce empty jar with tight fitting lid
- 4 cups Sweet Mini Peppers, sliced into rings
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Place sliced peppers in the clean jar and set aside.
- In medium saucepan, boil vinegar + honey + salt stirring until the salt and honey are dissolved.
- Pour hot mixture over peppers, leaving appro 1/2 at the top of the jar. Seal the jar tightly.
- Allow 24 hours in the refrigerator for best flavor.
