Bake brownies according to recipe. {don’t forget to make enough for the pan you are baking in!}
While brownies are baking, make the chocolate frosting.
When the brownies are done baking, check doneness with a toothpick. Toothpick should come out with a few crumbs on it. DO NOT overbake! If the brownies are done, open oven door and sprinkle the desired amount of mini marshmallows on top. COVER entire brownie with marshmallows! No brownie showing.
Broil for a few min, {approx 3 min} until the marshmallows are toasty and brown.
Remove from oven and let cool a little before frosting. Wait about 10 min.
Let cool completely before covering and let set in the fridge or overnight before cutting for cleanest cut.
Devour!!!

*you will only need 1 bag of mini marshmallows if using a 9×13 in pan.
